We enjoyed our stay at Hampton very much. Patrick, the desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful. After we settled in our room, we tried turning on the television, but could not get it to work. We called the desk and Patrick came to our room to see if he could fix it, but to no avail. He offered to have us switch rooms, but we said we were already settled. He took a substantial amount off our bill, to which we were very thankful. It showed us how much they cared about our stay. The breakfast was outstanding. We have family in the area, and will continue to use Hampton and spread the word to others.

We had a flight that arrived so late the rental car location within the airport had already closed. This hotel had a 24 hour airport shuttle service provided included in the room cost. Obviously, this was a wonderful amenity. The staff was very helpful with arranging the shuttle service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and overall cozy. I found this property to be exactly what I needed for my transitional single night stay.

The staff was amazing, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Our only complaint would be, the free breakfast. It was not good. There was no fruit, cereal, or pastries. They ran out often and were slow to refill. Loved this place and would stay here again....would just go eat at I-hop which was right around the corner. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the bathroom was big.

Location was awesome, counter person was very distracted with her phone. She wasn't very helpful but I don't know what else she had going at the time either. She wasn't disrespectful she just didn't seem to want to deal with people.
